How to Generate Cash
There are two ways our household generates extra cash: goods and services. Both are great options when you need to make some extra cash and neither requires much effort!
Goods:
Most of us have too many things around our house. Things that have been tucked away in a closet or drawer for years and completely forgotten about. These items are your ticket to extra cash. I can almost guarantee you could get up right now and within ten minutes find five things you would be willing to part with. Am I right?
Technology and popularity of consignment shops make it easy to turn unwanted items into cash. There are countless apps and online marketplaces where you can post your items for sale and relatively quickly strike a deal. Both parties win, the buyer gets what they want and so does the seller.
Services:
We are all equipped with special talents and using them to generate cash is a no-brainer. For instance, I absolutely adore children and for some reason, they just make sense to me. I use this to my family’s advantage and offer babysitting and tutoring to generate extra cash. My husband Matt is really good with finances, numbers just make sense to him. He offers his advice and expertise and brings in extra cash for our family. The upside to offering your services is that you will enjoy making extra money because it was what you were created to do!
